Made from the Sauvignon grape, it is pressed from the harvest. It is then vinified by the winemaker who will develop its finesse and its typical bouquet while giving it a very personal warmth. Nowhere else does Sauvignon reach this nobility.

    Pale golden in color. A low to medium intensity on the nose. A crisp, mineral aroma with hints of pear, stone fruits and citrusy notes. On the palate, a high acidity wine with a medium alcohol. Fresh, crisp with a great minerality. Same fruits come out on the palate: pear, citrus and stone fruits.
